
Meet Randi
Randi Karlinsky MS, RDN, LDN, CPT is a passionate and dedicated Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 12 years of experience helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized nutrition guidance.
Randi has dealt with many health obstacles herself including years of disordered eating, PCOS (hello insulin resistance!), and GERD. Her experiences as a provider, patient, and mom have led her to become the provider she is today. Randi is compassionate and empathetic. She meets her clients where they are, so they can focus on making realistic changes over time.

On a more personal note, Randi lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband, Aaron, and their two daughters, Galit and Pnina.

Randi uses the initial consultation to dive deep into your history in order to understand where you’re coming from to set realistic and attainable goals together. The more information you provide her, the better she will be equipped to support you. Together, you will then begin to focus on education and habits, individually, to avoid overwhelm. Small changes that happen slowly over time will yield big results that actually stick around long-term!
Trust is the foundation to your success. Randi is an open-book with her clients. Through her experience, the more open she is about her own life/challenges, the more comfortable her clients are at trusting her with theirs. You can ask her anything!
