After the initial consultation, clients are encouraged to follow-up weekly to maintain accountability and keep the momentum going. Everything is tailored to your specific needs. Sessions include nutrition/health education, interactive food journal review, situational troubleshooting or planning ahead (hello holidays!), reviewing testing results, symptom management, and much more!
Remember, creating new habits AND sticking to them is HARD!

A great way to work with Randi without the weekly commitment OR add them on to maximize your efforts in hitting your goals!

Unlimited messaging & Accountability*
Unlimited messaging between sessions allows constant communication between you and Randi. Utilize this service to ask questions about labs, products, supplements, symptoms, and anything else you can think of. Randi will provide constant encouragement here for those that need an extra boost.
*This service is also available to those that don’t want 1:1 sessions, but still want the support and accountability of a dietitian.
Custom meal plans*
Randi will design a customized meal plan to fit your specific health and wellness goals. Choose between 1-day, 3-day, or 1-week plans.
